Mobile Security Officer – T3 Security
Location: Seaton Burn, Newcastle upon Tyne
Job Type: (Nights, Weekends Essential) 48hrs per week, with the option of overtime if available plus holiday cover.

We are currently seeking a Mobile Security Officer to join our team based at our head office in Seaton Burn, Newcastle. Must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and operating CCTV systems
- Handling telephone and computer systems
- Carrying out mobile patrols (by car and on foot)
- Responding to alerts and incidents
- Incident reporting and recording
- Access control duties
- Locking/unlocking of various buildings
- Site checks and welfare visits
What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence (DS/SG essential)
- Preferably hold a valid CCTV SIA Licence also
- Full clean UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
- Computer literate with good communication skills
- Excellent observation skills and strong attention to detail
- Vigilant, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Must be able to provide a 5-year work history

About the Role
This is a varied position covering a range of scheduled, planned, and reactive tasks across a 24-hour period, including:
- Opening/closing sites and retail/business parks
- Property inspections
- Mobile patrols
- Emergency response (Fire/Intruder/CCTV)
- Student lockouts
