Duties:
- Lead and supervise a team comprising 4 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, and 2 Apprentices
- Manage daily workshop operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support
- Maximise utilisation of workshop facilities and optimise labour sales
- Maintain workshop standards and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Support team development through training, motivation, and effective communication
- Collaborate with management to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager or Supervisor within a small to medium franchise-approved car dealership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- IT literacy and familiarity with dealership management systems
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
- Resident within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester
