Role Profile
This role is all about creating conversations, engaging with the public and introducing the Grain brand, and our high-speed broadband packages.
You will be working in a variety of locations whilst being responsible for selling our fantastic broadband products to potential customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Selling our broadband packages directly to the consumer on their doorstep
- Establishing the needs of consumers and selling the appropriate package to suit their household
- Gathering leads for future business
- Ensuring expected productivity levels are achieved on a daily basis
- Processing the sale accurately to ensure a smooth journey for our new customer
Working hours
Working hours are 37.5 per week. You will need to be flexible with your hours and use your time well to meet the needs of customers.

- Execeptional communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers in a polite and enthusiastic manner
- Objection handling/thinking on the spot
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
