Duties & Responsibilities
As Hospitality Team Leader you will predominantly supporting the accommodation team across all areas of hospitality consisting of a well-appointed 33-bedroom hotel with a very nice restaurant & bar, in addition to a dormitory style guest house, a range of holiday lets and a bespoke retreat.
In this hands-on role across multiple departments including housekeeping and food preparation and you will ensure the highest level of customer service at all times. You also support other areas of the business when required including the visitor restaurant, pizzeria and very popular conference centre.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have a Hospitality and Front of House experience at Team Leader and/or Supervisory level and have a good understanding of good people management and looking to develop this.
You will be team player and a strong communicator with a positive ‘hands on’ approach and a ‘can do’ attitude. With a flexible approach to your work, you will have the ability to integrate into multiple teams and have a flexible approach to your work
You will have some knowledge of health and safety, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate would be advantageous, but this can be completed once in post.
Please note the weekend and evening shifts will form part of this role.
