A Practice Manager with outstanding experience, skills and dedication is required to join a successful team. This is a very rare opportunity that offers career advancement for the right candidate.
As Practice Manager you'll:
- be coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team
- monitor staff training
- ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice
- proactively market our practice to drive patient numbers
- ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines
- effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
- supervise banking procedures, arrange payment of staff
Experience requirements:
- At least 2 years ‘experience in dental practice management or equivalent
- strong knowledge of CQC
- excellent leadership skills, compassionate, caring and motivating
- commercially minded with an understanding of how to develop the team and the practice
- Ability to prioritise tasks and organisation
- Excellent IT skills, SOE experience desirable
- GDC registered
