Job Title: Packing Operative

Pay: £12.71 – £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Shift: Rotating start between 7:30am and 9:00am

We are currently recruiting for Packing Operatives to join a busy food production team in Dromore.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous packing or food production experience who are looking for full-time, Monday to Friday work.
The Role
As a Packing Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the packing process and ensuring products are prepared correctly and ready for dispatch.
Duties will include:
- Packing products accurately and efficiently
- Checking products meet the required quality standards
- Preparing finished products for dispatch
- Keeping the packing area clean and organised
- Following production, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts
- Rotating start times between 7:30am and 9:00am
- Start time can potentially be set where required
- £12.71 – £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
About You
Previous experience in packing, food production, manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred.
