WAXING THERAPISTS WANTED – 3 TRIAL POSITIONS
We’re looking for 3 motivated waxing therapists to join our team on a 3-month trial period, initially working 1/2 shifts per week
Birmingham Jewellery Quarter
1 to 2 shift per week
3-month trial
Commission based
Opportunity for additional shifts and a regular position
During the trial, we want to see two things:
Revenue – your revenue growing as you build your diary.
Client Retention – clients returning and choosing to book with you again.
The aim of the 3-month trial is to give you the opportunity to build your own client base and demonstrate consistent performance.
Therapists who show strong revenue growth and client retention will have the opportunity to secure a regular position and additional shifts.
We’re looking for therapists who are confident, reliable, great with clients and motivated to build a successful diary.
