We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Trainee Crane Operator to join the AKA team.
Responsibilities
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position loads as required.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on crane equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate lifting operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- follow all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery and performing tasks.
You’ll be working as part of a two-person team each day—typically alongside our in-house slinger/signallers. This setup promotes clear communication, shared responsibility, and safe, efficient lifting operations.
