We are small in-flight catering company supplying to various locations across Scotland. We have a unique position available for an experienced, full-time chef, to be an integral part of our small team.
Competitive salary for right candidate.
No evening work is required but we have very early morning starts and flexibility is essential based on the daily programme of work. The shifts are 5 over 7.
Organisation, preparation and presentation are key in this role, you will need to be able to deliver the highest standard of food in a timely manner.
You must have a good eye for detail and be able to work well within a small team, promoting a healthy working environment.
You must be able to take responsibility for responding, preparing and packaging orders on request.
You must possess good communication skills and an ability to speak and communicate with members of team, customers/clients at all levels. Communication is key and you should have proficient use of email and phones.
You must hold necessary Food Hygiene certificates and you must have a full clean drivers licence for this role as there is a substantial amount of driving involved.
