Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will analyse business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, support strategic decision-making and contribute to the company's continued growth. The role will involve working closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency, business performance and customer service across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Analyse existing business operations, workflows and organisational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, interpret and evaluate business data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
- Review business performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Work with management to develop and implement business improvement initiatives and operational strategies.
- Prepare business reports, performance analyses and recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate business performance against strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operational teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
- Support project planning, business transformation initiatives and organisational change programmes.
- Ensure business processes remain effective, compliant and aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
Requirements
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Management, Project Management, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret business information and provide practical recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
