About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at Insane Air. As a Trampoline Park Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a fun, safe and memorable experience.
This is a customer-facing role, so applicants must enjoy working with people of all ages and be confident communicating with both children and adults.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising trampoline and activity areas to ensure customer safety.
Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service.
Explaining safety rules and ensuring they are followed at all times.
Assisting with birthday parties, group bookings and special events.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the park.
Carrying out routine safety checks and reporting any issues promptly.
Assisting with admissions, café duties and other operational tasks where required.
Responding professionally to customer queries and resolving issues where appropriate.
Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the park.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service or leisure experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours
This role does not have a fixed working pattern. Successful applicants must be available to work a flexible rota, including:
Weekdays
Evenings
Weekends
School holidays
Bank holidays
Hours will vary according to business needs.
Pay: £8.00-£13.00 per hour
