Salary: Starting at £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Part Time & Bank Contracts available

Overview
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Worker to join our team supporting vulnerable adults to live safe, fulfilling and independent lives.
You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, helping the people we support develop their confidence, maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals.
No two days are the same, and this role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys making a positive difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and maintaining their independence.
- Encouraging participation in social, recreational and community activities.
- Supporting individuals to attend appointments and access community services.
- Following individual care and support plans.
- Promoting dignity, choice, privacy and respect at all times.
- Supporting individuals with medication in line with company procedures and training, where required.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately.
- Working positively with colleagues, families and other professionals.
- Following health and safety, safeguarding and organisational policies.
Requirements:
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
Right to work in the UK
Ability to commute to Bristol, have use of your own vehicle with valid Tax, MOT & Insurance
Successful completion of pre-employment checks (Enhanced DBS)
