Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this crutial role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage the day to day duties within the bar. Your friendly and positive attitude will be essential in creating a welcoming environment that keeps our guests coming back. The ideal candidate is experienced in mixology and beverage service, and is passionate about creating memorable moments for our locals. Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, serving customers ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
- Oversee all health & safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area
- Ideally has a personal alcohol license or willingness to train to obtain one
- Manage inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies to prevent shortages or waste, carry out line cleans and stock orders
- Serve customers, liaise with entertainment staff
- Implement responsible alcohol service practices in compliance with legal regulations, updating refusal logs and training records
- Create innovative drink menus that appeal to diverse customer preferences
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven bar supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Strong management and leadership abilities
- Experienced in mixology and posses a creative flair
- Familiar with the day to day running of a bar, stock orders, line cleans, knowledge of the products
- Willingness to have input, ideas wanting to be part of our growth
- Barista experience or expertise in beverage crafting is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills for welcoming our cusomers and guests
