Site Operative / Valeter – Motor Trade (Doncaster)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Operative/Valeter to join our busy Fleet team in Doncaster, supporting brands including Volvo, BYD, Polestar, and SEAT/CUPRA. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essential Requirements:

Full, valid driving licence

Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:

Receiving vehicles from transporters and checking for discrepancies, faults, or damage

Managing site logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Preparing vehicles to a high standard ahead of customer delivery

Working closely with the Fleet Admin team to ensure all documentation is correctly completed and assigned

Collaborating with Fleet Drivers to ensure the correct vehicle is prepared and ready for delivery
