About the Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer, you will play a key role in driving business growth, generating new instructions, and delivering outstanding service to vendors and buyers alike. You will be responsible for both negotiating property sales and carrying out market appraisals, helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals.
- Win new instructions and build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate property sales from offer through to completion.
- Generate and follow up on leads and business opportunities.
- Accompany applicants on viewings when required.
- Provide expert advice on local market conditions and property values.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator and/or Valuer within the estate agency sector.
- Strong valuation and business-winning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
