Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Engineering Install Manager to lead our installation projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering installation projects across multiple sites
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage installation teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed throughout each project phase
- Track project milestones, budgets, and resources to maintain schedule integrity and cost control
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience managing engineering or technical installation projects in a fast-paced environment ideally in the Fire & Security / electrical sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members
- Deep understanding of engineering principles related to installation processes across various disciplines (e.g., electrical, Fire & Security ...)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation accurately
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction or engineering environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
