Property Manager
Location: Office Based – Tettenhall

We are looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Property Manager to join our busy and friendly team.
This is a full-time, office-based role responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and delivering an exceptional level of service to our landlords and tenants. You will play a key role in ensuring properties are well managed, tenancies run smoothly, and all property-related matters are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with approved contractors.
- Carrying out property inspections and following up on any required actions.
- Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy-related documentation.
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met, including gas safety, electrical safety, EPCs and other statutory obligations.
- Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants via telephone and email.
- Maintaining accurate property records and updating the property management system.
- Assisting with deposit negotiations and tenancy end processes where required.
- Providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the property portfolio.
About You
- Previous experience in residential Property Management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with CRM/property management systems is advantageous).
- A proactive, solutions-focused team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
