Carpenter / Joiner
Overview
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our growing team. You will be involved in a variety of residential and commercial projects, carrying out high-quality carpentry and joinery work both on-site and in the workshop.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, able to work well as part of a team, and have a serious eye for detail to ensure every job is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities
● Carry out all aspects of carpentry and joinery work.
● Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber and other building materials.
● Fit doors, windows, staircases, kitchens, cabinets, and other joinery items.
● Assist with first fix, second fix, roofing, cladding, and finishing work.
● Safely use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment.
● Read and work from drawings and measurements accurately.
● Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
● Work closely with other team members and trades to complete projects on time.
● Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For
● Previous experience as a Carpenter or Joiner.
● Confident using hand and power tools.
● Ability to read drawings and measure accurately.
● A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.
● Ability to work well as part of a team.
● Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
● Reliable, punctual, and organised.
● Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
● Relevant carpentry qualifications are an advantage.

Pay: £15.50-£22.50 per hour
