About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Systems & Pricing Administrator to take ownership of our retail systems, pricing, promotions and product database.
This is not a general office or administration role. We require someone who has previously worked in a similar retail environment using EPOS or retail management systems and understands the importance of pricing accuracy, product maintenance and stock control.
You will become responsible for ensuring our product information, prices and promotional data are accurate across the business every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain products within our EPOS/Retail Management System.
- Process supplier price changes quickly and accurately.
- Update retail selling prices.
- Create and manage promotional offers.
- Print and organise shelf-edge labels.
- Maintain accurate barcodes, pack sizes and product information.
- Investigate pricing discrepancies.
- Process stock adjustments where required.
- Assist with website and online delivery platform product updates.
- Produce reports using Excel and the retail system.
- Ensure retail data remains accurate and organised.
- Work closely with management to improve retail processes and efficiency.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Previous experience in a similar Retail Systems, Pricing, Stock Control or EPOS Administration role.
- Experience working with retail management or EPOS software.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
- ITS Retail
- EPOS systems
- Retail pricing
- Product maintenance
- Stock control
- Promotions management
- Convenience or supermarket retail
