Gardener - 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)

He Found Gardening is a small, friendly, passionate garden maintenance business serving mainly domestic customers in their private gardens with some commercial maintenance contracts in and around the SG8 postcode area. We specialise in regular garden maintenance, providing a bespoke service to each customer to ensure their gardens look the best they can. We have a full order book, year round work and require a skilled, experienced, hardworking and enthusiastic Gardener to join our team.
The role:
Working alongside one of our existing Team Leaders, as a Gardener you will have a passion for gardening, treating each garden as if it were your own. You will have at least 3 years gardening experience in a similar role, excellent plant ID and plant care skills, confident, professional and reliable. This is a physically demanding and fast paced role so the right candidate must have the energy to match.
Using our scheduling app you will be able to see what jobs are scheduled for the coming day/week/month.
Tasks may include grass cutting, edging lawns, hedge trimming, leaf clearing, maintaining borders, weeding, pruning, strimming, planting, new border creations etc.
You will be representing He Found Gardening so must have professional communication skills, be confident and enthusiastic and willing to work in all weathers.
Working hours vary but start time is 8am (meet at 7.45am) and finish usually around 5/6pm.
This is a freelance role and paid by the number of hours worked.
