We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our brilliant team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Mexican/ Malaysian dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook a range of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently during peak hours
- Ensure all food is cooked to the highest quality and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders as needed
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles, preferably within a restaurant or food stall environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and preparation
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Experience in serving or front-of-house roles is advantageous but not essential
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required
