Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mastic Applicator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of high-quality sealant applications on a variety of commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply silicone and mastic sealants to internal and external joints.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming where required.
- Ensure all sealant work is completed to a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Communicate professionally with site managers, contractors, and colleagues.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mastic/Sealant Applicator is essential.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on multiple sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
