At Creative Event Support (CES), we bring events to life, working with some of the world’s biggest brands. We are currently seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our talented Warehouse team.
CES is a long-established, family-run business specialising in the design, build, and installation of scenic and lighting solutions for the conference, exhibition, and hospitality industries across the UK and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are now recruiting additional Warehouse Team Members.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a creative, passionate, and genuinely supportive team within the live events industry.
The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse. This includes preparing sets and modular elements, staging and signage systems, maintaining stock, and supporting the Production Team. The role will also involve some onsite work.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of disciplines, including woodworking, covering and finishing, graphic installation, rigging, and lighting. This makes the role ideal for someone looking to develop their career in the live events arena.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking, packing, labelling, and preparing exhibition equipment and dry hire items
- Restocking, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining components
- Assisting with the preparation of sets and exhibition systems
- Receiving and checking deliveries for stock and client assets
- Maintaining a safe, organised warehouse, including clear labelling and structured storage
- Loading and unloading production jobs using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and manual handling techniques
- Safely moving heavy or bulky items
- Carrying out basic mechanical tasks related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet operational deadlines
We’re Looking For
- A positive team player with a genuine interest in live events
- Previous warehouse experience in a scenic, exhibition, staging, or equipment hire environment (preferred but not essential – training provided)
- Physically fit and willing to get involved in hands-on work
- Organised, with strong attention to detail
- Good manual handling capability
- Basic IT literacy
- A valid forklift licence preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A commitment to health and safety at all times

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
