Drumming Facilitator (Freelance – After School Clubs)
SE17 Tuesday and Wednesday | 3:30–4:30pm from £30 per session
About the Role
Lively Sprout is looking for an energetic and creative Drumming Facilitator to deliver engaging after-school drumming sessions for primary-aged children (5–11 years), starting September. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about rhythm, music, and working with children, who can bring fun, structure, and confidence-building through drumming.
What You'll Do
- Run engaging and interactive drumming sessions
- Teach rhythm, coordination, and basic drumming techniques
- Create a positive, inclusive and energetic environment
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and self-expression through music
- Manage behaviour effectively in a group setting
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong drumming background
- Confident leading a group independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
