Senior Employee Relations Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead our Employee and Industrial Relations strategy across the UK & Ireland, helping us navigate an evolving employment landscape while building a positive and engaging workplace environment.
This is a key leadership role within our People team, responsible for shaping our Employee and Industrial Relations agendas, partnering senior stakeholders, and ensuring our managers are equipped to lead their teams confidently and consistently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and implement Domino's Employee Relations and Industrial Relations strategy across the UK & Ireland.
- Build strong relationships with Trade Unions, driving positive and proactive partnerships.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including tribunal and litigation cases.
- Drive our engagement strategy and agenda, including continued development of our Employee Forums and colleague surveys.
- Develop engaging policies, processes and toolkits that support business objectives and ensure legal compliance.
- Partner with leaders across the business to build capability and improve manager confidence in handling employee relations matters.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risk and drive targeted people interventions.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Employee Relations specialists and advisers, ensuring a high-quality and consistent service.
- Support organisation-wide people projects and change initiatives, providing specialist ER expertise throughout.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in Employee Relations within a complex, multi-site organisation.
- Strong employment law expertise and hands-on experience managing complex ER cases.
- Proven experience working with Trade Unions and industrial relations frameworks.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance people, risk and business outcomes.
- The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- CIPD qualified or educated to degree level in HR, Business or a related discipline.
