We are currently looking to recruit experienced Health Care Assistants to support a client at home in Telford.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants with Complex Care experience who enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

What we need from you:
* Minimum of 6 months care experience
* Holding a Care Certificate or prepared to complete modules with our Lead Assessor
* Have a Valid Mandatory Training Certificate
* Enhanced DBS, Ideally on the Up Date Service
* Client Commitment and Flexibility
* Desirable: Health and Social Care Qualification (NVQ Level 2
* Desirable: Complex care experience would be beneficial along with experience dealing with challenging behaviour.
