Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our pub team. This is a multi-skilled role where you’ll work across all areas of the business, including the bar, floor service, and back of house. You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the pub.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Serve drinks and food while maintaining high presentation standards
- Take customer orders accurately using tills or handheld systems
- Work across different areas including bar, floor, and back-of-house support
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Assist with food service, including running food and clearing tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all customer and staff areas
- Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Support stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
