Pharmacist Manager
Full-Time | Finchampstead | Services-Led Community Pharmacy
We are looking to appoint an experienced, confident Pharmacist to join a well-established community pharmacy in Finchampstead. You would be working alongside the owner–pharmacist, with a strong dispensary and counter team already in place.
This role is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys clinical services, values professional standards, and wants responsibility without being left unsupported.
Working Pattern
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday: 08:30–18:30
- one weekday off each week
- Average working hours: 48.25 hours per week
- Paid holidays and statutory entitlements included
The Role
You will support the smooth, safe day-to-day running of the pharmacy by:
- Providing professional and clinical cover alongside the owner–pharmacist
- Managing operational workflow when required
- Delivering and supporting a strong range of pharmacy services
- Maintaining excellent patient care and compliance standards
- Supporting the wider pharmacy team with leadership and guidance
This is a collaborative role, not sole-charge — designed to allow pharmacists to work at their best.
Essential Requirements
- GPhC-registered pharmacist
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience
- Confident managing day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Accredited for:
- Covid, Flu & Travel vaccinations (including Yellow Fever)
- Oral PGD services
- Comfortable working in a services-focused environment
Desirable (not essential):
- Pre-registration tutor experience
- Interest in mentoring or team development
