Aura Pilates Studios is opening this September, and we're looking for a passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our founding team.

The Role
As one of our founding instructors, you'll help create the experience our members know and love.
You'll deliver exceptional Reformer Pilates classes, build genuine relationships with our members and help create a community people genuinely enjoy being part of.
This is a part-time employed position, averaging 8–16 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as the studio grows.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor (or due to qualify soon)
- Loves coaching and helping people feel their best
- Is friendly, professional and reliable
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional classes
- Enjoys building relationships with members
- Wants to be part of a supportive team from day one
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £26,000 - 30,000 Pro Rata
Starting rate dependent on experience, with regular pay reviews and opportunities for additional hours as Aura grows.
This is an employed position, not self-employed or subcontractor work.
