About the Role
As an Intervention Worker, you will report to the Assistant Team Manager and play a crucial role in providing effective interventions to children and families in need. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering timely and appropriate interventions to address the identified needs of children and families.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
- Conducting assessments and reviews to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Providing advice, guidance, and support to families to promote positive change.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with organisational requirements.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Experience working within a similar role, providing interventions to children and families.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to identify needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
