FACE-TO-FACE FUNDRAISING & EXPERIENCED SALES, TEAM LEADERS AND CAMPAIGN MANAGERS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY TO START NEW REGIONS WITHIN AN EXPANDING & ESTABLISHED AGENCY.
We are searching for experienced team leaders and managers to open up new regions for our charity fundraising clients' increased capacity. These leaders will be responsible for training and managing teams of fundraisers while working on the field themselves.
We can offer either:
- Self-employed contractor opportunities on massive commissions
OR
- Self-employed contractor with a guarenteed day rate, plus big bonuses
All staff managed by our clients leaders generate override bonuses for the themselves, with recruitment of their staff taken care of by the agency for them. However a lucrative referal bonus is also on offer.
To be the right fit for this position you will need to be:
- Experienced in Face-to-Face fundraising or direct sales
- A trustworthy self starter
- Have a proved record in ethical training of staff and a firm grasp of best practice & compliance in the face-to-face fundraising industry.
- Results driven with a strong desire to progress and earn what you are worth.
