Position Overview: Our company is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and organization in our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The on target earnings for this role is between £12.35 & £14.21 per hour (dependent on age and experience) - comprising a base of between £10.85 & £12.71 per hour plus a qualified estimate of £1.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge. As a member of the team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
You will be required to work from 7am. Number of days per week dependent of your availability and our requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities.
- Ensure all rooms and service areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
- Handle complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of consumables and replace when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and company practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining high performance levels.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
- Work quickly without compromising quality.
