Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Business Partner to join our organisation. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between management and employees, providing expert guidance on HR policies, organisational development, and employee relations. Duties
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programmes aimed at enhancing employee skills and engagement.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by advising on recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies across all HR activities.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and organisational restructuring projects.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace through targeted programmes and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a dynamic organisation.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational development principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making processes at senior management levels.
- Experience in delivering training programmes or workshops is desirable.
- Relevant professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or higher) are preferred but not essential.
