Tippers are the Midlands' leading builders’ merchant suppliers and we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Plumbing, Heating and Bathroom Trade Sales Person to join our team at our Wolverhampton Branch. What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
- Overseeing the bathroom showroom section and being confident to show customers around and discuss the product range.
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse.
- Merchandising displays to a high standard in branch.
What we're looking for
- Plumbing and Heating/ Trade counter knowledge
- Bathroom/showroom knowledge
- Proven face to face sales experience
- Great communication skills and customer first approach
- Great team player and willing to support in all areas of the branch
- Willingness to learn and with an enthusiastic approach
- Full range of product knowledge and willingness to learn more and keep up to date.
