Key Responsibilities
- Lead trade operations, supplier coordination, logistics workflows, and service delivery activities
- Oversee operational planning, team performance, budgets, reporting, and service standards
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, logistics partners, internal departments, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor delivery timelines, supplier performance, operational risks, and service quality
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, workflow accuracy, and business outcomes
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, operational updates, and trade service recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in trade operations, logistics, procurement, supplier coordination, international business, or operations management
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with suppliers, logistics partners, clients, vendors, or service delivery teams is an advantage

Pay: £74,000.00-£104,000.00 per year
