Quality Manager
Location: Willenhall, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A well-established UK manufacturing business is looking for a Quality Manager to join its site in Willenhall. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the site’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in delivering high-quality products and service to customers across a range of industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the site ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Support ISO 14001 Environmental Management System compliance
- Conduct product and process quality audits
- Lead corrective actions, 5 Why, 8D, and DAMIC investigations
- Monitor customer complaints and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain calibration and inspection processes
- Develop and control SOPs and site documentation
- Provide technical support to production and operational teams
- Facilitate continuous improvement activities across the site
About You
- Experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing, engineering, metals, or industrial processing
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A proactive approach to quality improvement and process optimisation
- ISO 14001 knowledge would be advantageous

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times typically worked between 07:00 and 18:00.
