Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Manage cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills to handle payments and give correct change
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the station well-equipped throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods and support each other in maintaining high standards
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and responsible alcohol serving practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and team members confidently
