At Health Partners, we’re searching for a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Manager to join our Hampton Knight team. This is your chance to make a real impact by nurturing long-lasting relationships with our valued clients and ensuring the seamless delivery of our occupational health and wellbeing services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders across a variety of industries.
- Proactively identifying client needs and opportunities to introduce new services, driving growth through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Ensuring a smooth service delivery by monitoring SLAs and resolving any challenges or escalations swiftly.
- Managing contract renewals and pricing updates, ensuring a win-win approach for all parties.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations and deliver excellence every step of the way.
What We Are Looking For:
- A natural ability to connect with people, alongside strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in relationship management, with the ability to work with senior managers, directors, and other key stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills – you’ll be adept at managing your own diary and working remotely across the UK.
- Confidence in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/data reporting systems.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering results
- Proactive, improvement-driven, and willing to challenge non-compliant access requests.
Location: Remote with occasional travel as needed
Whilst our team operates remotely, we maintain a cohesive and friendly work environment through constant use of Teams chat and video meetings. This way of working is crucial for sustaining our open culture and warm dynamics of our team and require this role to be a part of that.
