We're looking for a friendly, skilled Butcher to join our busy farm shop team. Whether you're an experienced butcher or have relevant meat preparation experience, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cutting a range of quality meats
- Serving and advising customers at the butcher counter
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation
- Making sausages and other value-added products (desirable but not essential)
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and fully stocked
What we're looking for:
- Previous butcher or meat preparation experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
