We're looking for a reliable, motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at The Kinmel & Kinspa, a luxury four-star hotel in Abergele, North Wales.
Our kitchen delivers food across our 2 Rosette restaurant, afternoon teas, weddings, private events and seasonal menus, giving you the opportunity to work across a varied range of dishes and services rather than doing the same thing every day.
With a 5-star Food Hygiene rating and a strong reputation for quality, we're looking for someone who shares our standards and wants to build their career with us.

The role
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section and play an important part in delivering consistently high-quality food throughout the hotel.
You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and serve dishes to a high standard while helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running your section during preparation and service
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to specification
- Maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation
- Contributing ideas to seasonal menus and daily specials
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Managing stock and minimising waste within your section
- Supporting junior members of the kitchen team
- Working efficiently as part of the wider brigade during busy services
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and genuinely wants to work in a professional kitchen.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Or strong experience as a Commis Chef who is ready to step up
- Experience in a restaurant, hotel or quality catering environment
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking and presentation
- A solid understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- The ability to stay calm and organised during busy service
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your team
- A genuine interest in developing your culinary skills
Most importantly, we're looking for someone dependable who wants a long-term role and takes pride in being part of a kitchen team.
