Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, practical General Admin Assistant to keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
Based in our factory office environment, you will support senior management across a broad range of responsibilities—from phone management and purchasing to stock tracking, quality compliance, and product documentation. We are looking for someone flexible, practical, and capable of taking direct instruction to execute daily operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office & Administrative Tasks:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and handling customer and supplier inquiries.
- Checking employee expenses, filing supplier invoices, and chasing suppliers for order updates.
- Executing daily task requests and priority assignments from management.
2. Purchasing & Deliveries:
- Purchasing goods, materials, and office supplies as needed.
- Receiving incoming deliveries, inspecting items, and logging them accurately into our internal system.
3. Product & Quality Support:
- Learning our assembly processes over time to create project progress sheets and simplify stock inventory checks.
- Taking clear product photos and updating technical data sheets.
- Maintaining documentation to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and helping prepare for internal and external audits.
Work Environment:
- Setting: Factory Office setting.
- Work Pattern: On-site with occasional work-from-home options once fully established in the role.
- Monday to Friday

Pay: £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
