About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the workshop team, ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of service and support. You’ll handle service bookings, keep customers updated on progress, and provide clear explanations of any required work, always with a friendly and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all service customers – in person, by phone and online

Manage service bookings and workshop schedules efficiently

Keep customers informed on vehicle progress, costs, and timescales

Provide clear and accurate advice on service, repairs and additional products

Deliver outstanding customer care at every stage of the journey
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and brings energy and professionalism to the role.

Strong background in customer service or a customer-facing position (essential)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confidence in handling queries, explaining technical details simply, and resolving issues
