Job Summary

Duties
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, ensuring callers are connected to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage multiple lines efficiently, maintaining clear and professional phone etiquette at all times
- Assist callers with inquiries, providing accurate information or escalating issues as needed
- Perform data entry tasks related to call logs, messages, and customer information with precision and attention to detail
- Support upselling efforts by identifying opportunities during calls and promoting relevant products or services
- Maintain organized records of call interactions, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation
- Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and enhance overall caller experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
- Analytical skills to assess caller needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate patience when dealing with challenging situations
