We're working with hotel bars, event organisers and private hire clients across London who need experienced bartenders for everything from cocktail service to high-volume festival and function bars.
You'll be matched to paid shifts based on your availability, skills, and location. No long-term commitment required - just great work when it suits you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up the bar before service - stock, ice, garnish, glassware
- Serving drinks quickly and accurately during busy periods
- Making cocktails to spec where the venue requires it
- Handling card and cash payments at the till
- Looking after guests at the bar and keeping the atmosphere right
- Restocking and keeping your section clean and tidy throughout the shift
- Following licensing and responsible service rules at all times
- Breaking down the bar and cashing up at the end of service
What We're Looking For
- Bar experience in any setting - hotel, cocktail, high-volume or event bars all count
- Confident with speed, spirits knowledge and looking after a guest
- Calm and accurate when the bar is three deep
- Happy to work late finishes, evenings and weekends
- Punctual and reliable - clients depend on staff who turn up ready to go
- Right to Work in the UK (verified before your first shift. NOT SUITABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS)
- A Personal Licence is a strong plus - say so on your profile, those shifts pay more
- Cocktail or barista training a bonus
What We Offer
- 13.50 to 18.00 per hour
