What you’ll be doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident Plumbing and Heating Manager to develop a strong plumbing trade at our new branch in Carlisle. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills and have a solid knowledge of plumbing and heating materials.
In particular, you should be able to demonstrate how you can build effective working relationships with customers in order to understand their requirements and ensure the correct products are supplied.
You should also be able to show us how you use initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customers, thus maximising profitable sales and margin.
Ideally, you’ll have some leadership/managerial experience and competently drive the plumbing and heating arm of this branch, setting a good example to others of what a good job looks like.
