We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled bar staff to join our restaurant team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, preparing high-quality drinks, and ensuring a smooth bar operation. Key Responsibilities
Drink Service & Preparation
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Ensure all drinks meet restaurant quality and presentation standards.
- Provide drink recommendations to guests based on menu knowledge.
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, attentive service.
- Take drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience.
Bar Operations & Cleanliness
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Wash and store glassware, utensils, and bar tools properly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Cash Handling & Transactions
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Process payments accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and tips.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
