Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment

- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train and mentor staff on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and service standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain organisation of kitchen operations during busy periods and ensure timely completion of orders

Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
- Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff

- Experience in serving customers directly is advantageous but not mandatory
