Vehicle Technician
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join a busy and professional workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer and company standards while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
- Complete MOT preparation and testing (if qualified)
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation
- Adhere to health & safety and workshop processes
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and Parts teams
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
The Ideal Candidate
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (main dealer or independent)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- MOT licence (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £32,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
