Machinery Sales Person
Chichester Farm Machinery supplies high-quality machinery across Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and beyond. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, supporting customers from their first enquiry through to sales and aftercare.
We work with some of the industry’s leading machinery manufacturers, covering a wide variety of industries such as Groundscare, Construction, Agriculture, Forestry and many more, being dealers for Avant, Iseki, Dieci, Stiga, Grasshopper, Echo, to name just a few. We are proud to have received the Avant Dealer of the Year award, and Avant Loaders are a big part of our business. In addition to machinery sales, we are also UK importers of vineyard equipment from France, representing these brands nationwide.
As Sales Person, you will:
· Generate sales, with the skills to manage the lead through to completion
· Promote and develop Chichester Farm Machinery and the brands we represent
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
· Attend trade shows occasionally
· Work with the sales team to manage stock levels
· Help the sales team keep social media content up to date
· Work full time, including occasional Saturday mornings
The ideal candidate will have:
· A strong understanding of machinery
· The drive and determination to succeed in sales and become a valued member of the team
· A keen eye for detail, consistency and the ability to see tasks through to completion
· Preferably experienced in machinery sales
