Overview
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive financial performance across the organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing financial management activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and implementing effective financial planning strategies. This Role is part of the senior management team and vital to helping drive performance across the business.
Duties
- Maintain both Purchase and Sales Ledgers
- Managing Monthly and Weekly Payroll
- Preparation of monthly Management accounts.
- Lead financial planning initiatives by preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses that inform strategic decision-making.
- Implement cost control measures to identify savings opportunities and improve overall financial efficiency.
- Supervise the company Buyer and ensuring there development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives through detailed financial analysis and reporting.
Skills
- Proven experience as a finance manager.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Deep understanding of accounts payable processes and cost control techniques.
- Ability to communicate financial information to other directors.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- AAT, CIMA, ACA, ACCA would be an advantage QBE will be considered.
